Early booking is always advisable, to be certain to get the accommodation you want. We receive reservations for next year, or early booking greatly increases your chances of renting a villa in Delta Nature Resort
Best time to visit
April and May for “spring migration of Birds”, September and October for “autumn migration of Birds” and December for “winter migration”.
Cancellations policy
No cancellation charges are applicable before 7 days of arrival. Beyond that booking is not cancellable and non-refundable.

Church services
Tulcea (14 km from the resort) has a Catholic church, a Synagogue, a Mosque, and a Russian Orthodox church.
Credit cards
VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express can be used in the resort.
Conference room
The Conference Room has 112 sq-m and there are seats for 60 persons in “Theater style” or 48 seats in “U” shape.

Mosquitoes
Mosquitoes live in areas of vegetation and water and they appear in the evening, from sunset until about midnight. Mosquito’s occur in the summer months between June and September. If there is a bit of wind, quite normal in these months, mosquitoes disappear. Customers have total protection in the villas. At the windows are netted so mosquitoes cannot come in. Customers also have the option of air conditioning. We also have special trees planted throughout the resort named Paulownia (Princess’s Tree) which keep most mosquitoes away from the villas. Having dinner on the restaurant terrace is a treat, with its fantastic views and sunset. We have an anti mosquito ’zapper’ on the restaurant terrace and we offer anti-mosquito smoke spirals. Customers can also ask at the Reception for anti-mosquito spray. Dinner can be served also inside the restaurant, which is mosquito-free.”
Mobile phone networks at the resort
Any of the major networks in Romania (Vodafone, Orange) are available in the resort.
Medical services
We are 20 minutes away from Tulcea Hospital, in case of Emergencies. A Doctor is on Call too.
Outside food and drinks
Bringing food and drinks into the resort is forbidden. We do our best to satisfy our guests with the food prepared in our kitchen.
"Premium" and "Deluxe" villa difference
Both types of villas have the same configuration (60 s-m) and the same amenities. ‚ “Premium”‚ villas have a wonderful view of Somova lake. They also have an LCD TV and coffee machines. During the winter, only the “Premium” villas are heated.

Pets
Due to potential allergy and cleaning concerns, we ask that our guests not bring pets into the villa’s or restaurant.
Resort opening
The resort will be closed until further notice, due to Covid-19. We are monitoring the situation every month.

Shops are based in Tulcea. We can provide a car to take you to Tulcea.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the villas, restaurants, bar and conference rooms. The only exception is in the terrace of the resort.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is under renovation.
Transportation to/from the Otopeni/Bucharest Airport
The resort can provide a Mercedes car to transfer you from/to the main Airport of Romania. The resort is about 300 km from this airport and the one-way takes about 3 ¬Ω hours.
Voltage at the resort
The voltage is 220 volts. There are adaptors in the reception for other sockets.
Vegetarian food
We can prepare tasty Vegetarian dishes.
Weddings at resort
We have hosted many weddings at the resort, and prepared meals for upto 70 people.
